I’m Geri Jean Sanderson. I was born in 1970 to a Christian family. Dad was Jerry and mom is Glenda Jean… I’m sure you can figure out how I got my name! I love being called Geri Jean. It helps me to feel close to my parents and family has always been so important to me. I was born-again at the age of 12. After graduating from a Christian school, I married my husband Mitchell in 1988. We have been married for 36 years and have been blessed with 4 children and 9 grandchildren! Throughout our marriage, ministry has been our calling. My husband is the Pastor at First Baptist Church of Troy, IL and we’ve been serving there for over 20 years. The most challenging moment we faced was the loss of our only daughter, who passed away at 26 on March 27, 2022. Despite this deep sorrow, we are grateful that the Lord has allowed us to support her husband and sweet children. I also founded “Precious Pearls”, a ladies ministry that has a private Facebook page where I share devotions every Tuesday and Friday at 7:30am. I truly love connecting with women. My passion is uplifting and encouraging them to live their best life and always give glory to God.

It is an honor to serve in any way that the Lord allows. I have been blessed with a 26 and 16 year old daughters and a wonderful Granddaughter that I love to spend time with. I am an Accountant/Enrolled Agent but the Lord has allowed me to work all these years in a position where my children and church were able to come first. I love spending time with my family, shopping and napping!
Linda McDaniel | When God Says "No"
My name is Linda McDaniel. I was born in Honolulu, HI, but have grown up mostly in Georgia. I was a “good, little church girl” who desperately needed a Savior. I realized this when I was 21 years old, and by His grace, Christ saved me. I have been blessed with a wonderful husband for 28 1/2 years and 4 awesome children. My family has been my mission field for many years now. I love to sing, read, socialize with family, travel and eat! I have enjoyed teaching and working with the youth in my local church for some years and being an advocate at the local pregnancy center for the last 4 years. I am a constant learner of the Bible and am enjoying finding my identity in Christ and learning to fully submit to Him. It is wonderful to see how He works in our lives. God is so good, and I have been blessed more than I deserve.
Savannah Street | The Power of Praying God's Heart
My name is Savannah Street, and I’m a 25 year-old pastor’s wife. I was born and raised in Flowery Branch, GA, in a Christian home where faith and ministry were always a priority. I accepted Christ as my Savior at 10 years old during VBS, and have enjoyed growing closer to Him each day. Growing up, I was involved in various ministries, including children’s ministry, teaching Sunday school, playing the piano, singing, and serving in nursing home ministry which has prepared me well to serve alongside my husband in our current ministry. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family.
We are not able to provide nursery workers during this event. However, if it is necessary for you to bring a nursing baby, access to our nursery will be available by request.
